The only things that's required is undisturbed electricity, internet connection and someone to manage the recording. Having a high quality connection is of course an advantage but certainly not a requirement. The only thing that's affected by the quality-level is how long it's gonna take to publish the cast online. It does not have any impact what so ever on the recording itself.
