At the competition

We adapt our setup to the competition site. Here is an example of how it can work on a competition with dressage, show jumping and eventing. We have equipment that enables us to extend computer networks for miles, maintaining good speed.
The system's flexibility makes it possible to balance the data traffic on several separate computers, but it´s also optimized to handle big competitions on a small number of computers.

Scalable system

Part of the success of our popular competition service comes from using our own products to handle all information. We've built a flexible plugin-system for Equipe that enables us to adapt the outgoing data however we like. We've also built an internal, fully scalable, system to handle live times and live data.

Equipe loads a plugin that distributes live data over the network. A host application connects to this plugin, and this host can run it´s own plugins. There are several types of plugins, for example one that pushes the results to a web server, another sends information to our graphics systems.
The host application can even run the core information plugin, which enables other host applications to connect to the first host. This makes it possible to connect an infinite number of computers, and balance the workload.
