Equipe 4
Equipe 4 - for administrating equestrian competitions in dressage, show jumping, endurance, eventing, reining and breeding evaluations.
The software is used by the greater part of competition organizers in Sweden, but also in Finland, Denmark and Germany. Thanks to our many users and our competition service we get a constant feedback which enables us to improve and optimize the software regularly. Equipe works just as well on the smallest pony competition as well as the biggest world cup. Equipe, together with our timekeeping and the Pilot makes a great combination for delivering real-time rendered TV-graphics and animations for big-screen displays.
Equipe 4 supports internet registrations
Equipe can of course import riders, horses, registrations and payments from our national federation software the Competition Database, but also from other systems like HippoBase. There is also a powerful import feature that enables the user to copy/paste almost any data, for example from a spreadsheet like excel, and map the information to registrations in Equipe..
Equipe 4 runs in a network with advantage
The software can work towards a local database, or a shared SQL server in a network. This opens up great possibilities, all computers in the network can work with the same competition, all changes in the competition is available to everyone. If you choose the network-version of Equipe the SQL-server comes with the installation, and you´ll be up-and-running in no time.
Functions
Equipe is easy to learn and gives a well-arranged view of the competition. When you open up a competition you have a menu to the left containing the following.
Classes
Here you create all the classes and lists for the competition. Besides all the classes you need, you can also create lists for stables, electricity, hay and so on. This makes it easy to handle all the economy of the competition.
Registration
One of the views you mainly work with in the show office. From here you can find all the riders and horses in the competition, make new registrations, handle the payments, etc.
Protocol
You can print dressage protocols with the names of the riders and judges. All FEI protocols are in the database and comes with the installation of the software.
Start- and results-lists
You can tailor your print-outs just the way you want them. Compressed, simple or extensive with lineage. Should the name of the horse be in upper-case? Do you want to mark out the young riders? All this, and much more, is possible.
Logos
You can have different sponsor-logos for every class, in the top-right corner or a down-center banner. Your organizer logo is always top-left.
Economy
With Equipe 4 you have total control over the economy, from the first registration to the last prize. With a simple click you can print receipts or invoices. Perhaps someone else is paying for the start? No problem, you can register other people or companies as liable for payment for the horses.
You control if a start should be charged with a late-entry penalty-fee yourself = no problems if you forget to register a rider.
You can create lists for stables and electricity, parking or whatever you need. Instead of entry- or start-fees you can group lists and classes together with a meeting-fee. In the show office you can make print-outs of detailed economy or an overall view.
Features
You can build your own show jumping tables, with the rules you want to apply. Very handy for cups or local national tables.
The software gives you a good view of riders with many horses. You can "drag & drop" the starts in front of you until you´re satisfied.
Starting times in dressage can be checked between different classes, you´ll know exactly how much time a rider has between his/her starts.
You can have several results-input windows open simultaneously, which is good if you have several dressage courses running at the same time. Every window can create their own result-file if you want to place result-screens in the arena.
Hardware requirements
The software is heavily optimized which enables it to run on slower machines, we recommend at least a Pentium III with more than 128 MB of RAM. Of course, the faster the computer, the better experience.
Equipe runs in Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. If you want to use the SQL server, we recommend that you use your best computer as the server.
Price
Equipe is licensed per year, and there is no startup fee. The basic version without network is EUR 250+VAT/year, and the network version is EUR 310+VAT/year. There is also a license for bigger organizers, like the german company Sporthaus Verden which starts at EUR 5000+VAT/year.
We recommend the network version if you´ll be using more than one computer for the competition. During the license period, all updates and phone-support is included.
