Competition Database
A central registration system for equestrian competitions, enabling federations and organizers to get a clear view of the nations riders and horses.
For every user, for instance; riders, organizers, horse owners or parents, a personal account is created. To this account the user can transfer funds to be used for payment for competitions. The competition database acts as a middle-man between riders and organizers. The user accounts can also be linked together; a horse owner can register other riders on his horses to competitions and still manage all payments from his own account.
When an organizer downloads the registrations to her competition and imports them into Equipe, all the financial data comes with them. Who will ride who´s horse and who is liable for payment.
An organizer can then transfer their registration fees from the competition database to their own bank accounts.
It´s also possible to transfer prize money from the organizers accounts directly to the riders accounts within the system, thus eliminating a risky handling of cash at the competition.
How it works, in short

An organizer registers a competition for internet entry.

The rider finds the competition and registers.

After the last day for withdrawal, the fee is transferred to the organizers account.
